You can easily book a bin through our website by simply clicking the ‘Book a Bin’ button at the top right of the page. Or you can ring our office on 9460 5333 and speak to one of our friendly office staff. Our office hours during winter are Monday to Friday 7am-4pm or Saturday 7am-11:30am. During summer our office hours are Monday to Friday 7am-4pm and Saturday 7am-11:30am.
You can hire a skip for up to 3 or 4 days. When you book the bin we will discuss and confirm delivery and collection dates that suit you within the 4 day time frame. If you require additional days we may be able to accommodate this at an additional cost. Please contact the office on 9460 5333 to discuss during business hours.
Payment options include Credit Card, EFT, or cash payment when your bin is delivered. Or, if you book your bin online you can pay via PayPal. We require full payment of the bin before it is delivered.
The price of the bin includes GST. Extra charges may apply if you place the skip on council property. We have surcharges that will apply if you have mattresses or tyres that will be going in the bin. The mattresses are $50 each and the tyres are $20 each. Extra charges will also apply if the bin is overloaded. Extra charges will also apply if you have hired one of our fold up bins and converted the bin into the bigger size.
All our bins display the level that the bin can be filled to. For safety and legal reasons skip bins cannot be filled above the sides of the bins. If we arrive to collect your skip bin and it has been overloaded we may need to remove some items to be able to safely cart the skip. Overload charges may apply.
We have a range of skip bins in various sizes that can carry different types of waste. The bins are suitable for general waste, such as household furniture, builders waste, renovation material, garden and green waste, office fit outs and factory clean ups.
While we do accept most waste, there are a few items that cannot go in the bin. These items include food waste, oil, paint tins, gas bottles, asbestos, chemical waste in solid, liquid, or powder form. Insulation must be bagged and labelled.
Once the skip bins are collected we return them to a local transfer station. From there each bin is emptied and sorted. The bins are sorted to remove any recyclable items that may be in the bin and send these items off for further recycling.
Depending on where you decide to place the bin you may require a council permit. Most councils require a permit to place the bin on a road or nature strip. We can arrange the permit on your behalf which also covers the insurance required to place the skip on council property. As all council permit costs vary, please contact our office to discuss prices.
We can offer a two hour window for delivery and discuss with you a time frame that will be suitable. The two hour window will allow for any traffic delays as well as other booking in place. We will also discuss with you whether a morning or afternoon collection is preferred.

The most common places for a bin to be placed are in a driveway, on a front lawn, road, nature strip or onsite for larger jobs or in a car park. For bins that will be placed on council property, such as the road, a permit is required. Our knowledgeable staff can discuss your bin placement options with you.

We recommend booking your bin at least 24 hours prior to delivery. At times we may be able to accommodate same day booking and delivery.
